Artificial Intelligence in Thermal Science and Engineering Progress (AITSEP) is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality research integrating artificial intelligence with thermal science and energy engineering. To uphold the highest academic rigor and objectivity, AITSEP operates a strict editorial workflow:

• Single anonymized peer review: Reviewer identities are kept confidential.
• Initial editorial screening: All submissions undergo preliminary evaluation for scope, originality, and basic formatting.
• Minimum two independent expert reviewers: Detailed technical evaluation by qualified subject matter specialists.
• Final decision: Made by the Editor-in-Chief or assigned Handling Editor based on peer reports.

Ethics in Publishing

Authors must follow international standards for publication ethics as established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Submission Declaration

Submission of an article confirms that:

• The work described is entirely original.
• The manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Publication has been approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out.

Authorship Criteria

Article Structure

Manuscripts should follow the standard scientific research format:

2. Methodology: Provide sufficient technical detail to allow work to be reproduced.
3. Results and Discussion: Present clear outcomes with comprehensive scientific discussion.

Figures and Tables

• Submit as separate editable files or embedded with high-resolution original source files available.
• Include descriptive captions and ensure sequential numbering throughout text.
• High resolution required (minimum 300 DPI for photographs, 600 DPI for combination artwork, 1000 DPI for line diagrams).

Mathematical Equations

• Submit equations as editable text (MathType, Microsoft Equation Editor, or standard LaTeX syntax).
• Number equations sequentially in parentheses on the right-hand margin: (1), (2), etc.

References

• Numbered style: Citations in text should appear in square brackets: [1], [2], [3].
• Include active DOI links for all referenced articles wherever available.
• Any consistent, standard academic format is accepted at submission; formatting will be finalized during proof stage.

Research Data Policy

To promote scientific transparency and reproducibility, authors must:

• Deposit relevant research datasets in recognized public repositories, OR
• Provide a clear Data Availability Statement within the manuscript explaining where and how data can be accessed.
